Pixie Lott's Autograph Session @ Rock Corner, The Curve

Early in the morning, I had this weird nightmare that I was late for the autograph session, I was all sweaty, panicking, I was simply sad cause I missed the autograph session... just when i feel so helpless, I just woke up. Phew, the clock's 9.30a.m and I just head back to sleep. Feeling really tired and exhausted these days.

Later I managed to get ready and head to Rock Corner at The Curve. I arrived about 12.30+pm and there's already a long queue, I'm one shop away from Rock Corner. I think there's already about 60-70 people lining up. After I got into the line, there's a group of youth that approached me asking if I know Lana Del Rey, Yea I DO!!! <3 She's like another goddess too! Apparently they have to record you so yea, I just went along with the flow, they interviewed almost everyone who lined up and who knows Lana Del Rey. I guess they're bringing her to Malaysia! (Y) Good news for all her fans, hopefully i'm allowed/able to make it too!

I was that far away... 

And finally she came, she arrived earlier than the time she's scheduled to. 

Good news for me and everyone else waiting, we need not wait for so long. :D

The management got people/fans to move, the waiting process then was pretty fast, it was quite effective and efficient.

This is like the closest shot I can get from my position, well with so many people moving around and standing, it was indeed hard or rather challenging to take a picture of her. 

I got mine signed and the guy in front of me suggested we could probably say something sweet and nice to her. So I took the suggestion. I told her "Pixie, you're amazing and thanks for coming, your music is just wonderful..." - something like that. And PIXIE LOTT replied me!! "Aaww, thank you..." :D <3 

It just made my day. :D 

I guess people who don't know her also took shots of her. I heard whispers like "What going on?" "Who is that? " and they took out their phones and recorded. LOL!

HAHA, the cameraman looks photogenic here. LOL. Apparently I guess he took everyone who had Pixie Lott signed their album. Hopefully, I will be able to see the pictures soon, can't wait to see mine. ;D 

Voila, after attempting numerous time from a few different positions, which include tip-toeing, standing on the stairs, going up and down the escalator.... I MANAGED TO GET A CLOSE AND CLEAR SHOT OF PIXIE LOTT. :D 

After signing everyone's Young Foolish Happy Asian Deluxe Album or some Turn It Up album (her albums)  she bid goodbye to the crowd and left.

Someone suggested I took a video instead of photos because it's simply hard to take photos while people are moving. This turns out to be one my wisest choice. HAHA

And that was the end of it.

Pixie Lott's showcase at KL Live

Holidays... just begun. And I can tell you that mine's definitely not one where I get to relax, sit down, go for an actual holiday and play without boundaries.

It's probably the beginning of my ultimate nightmare.

Well, let's make this post short. I'm suppose to write about my Pixie Lott adventure! :D haha

I love, absolutely adore Pixie's songs, her vocal abilities, her raw voice, her features, well yea, everything about her. She's one of my influence. Oh well, getting to the point. She's "coming" to KL so I really want to go but I'm so reluctant to spend RM45.90 (if i'm not mistaken) to buy her album containing that golden pass to her showcase on the 26th of June at KL Live. I thought of ways and I came across the MSN and YES page. There are contest to win her album and tickets, for the MSN, you even get the chance to interview her. So happily and excitedly, I filled up the necessary forms and sent them.

There wasn't any news, I was pretty upset, I really thought of buying the album but i'm broke. Until Thurday, I just felt like a need to read my emails as it's been quite some time since I last read them. There I go, BAMM, a shocking news I received from YES stating i'm the lucky one who won Pixie Lott's asian deluxe album and a pair of passes! I was screaming deep down, I was absolutely thrilled. The news was really wonderful BUT there it goes, i'm to collect the ticket from 1pm-6pm on a weekday, and Friday's the last day!

I had to get other people to help me get the prize as it's really inconvenient for me to pick it up myself, I still need to go to school.....  );

Ta-da I managed to get them, they were lovely! They still are!

26th May - Pixie's concert

The day had finally arrived, I went with my buddy down KL to watch her performance. We walked from KLCC all the way to KL live, it's a good thing we didn't get lost in the city. There we had a light meal and entered the hall. This was how it was when we entered. Crowds were screaming and cheering, some even dressed like crazy cats. Hmph... however the crowd was not as big as Avril's concert. It's so much smaller, yet I guess all of this are hard-core and die-heart fans! :D They were willing to go all the way out to buy her album to get the ticket, an example of die-heart fans. HAHA

Finally the MC's came.. It's Jin from Hitz.fm and Dilly from Mix FM ?! 

I'm so sorry if i got it wrong cause I don't usually know who's who especially in a loud concert hall. 

Elecoldxhot performed a really entertaining opening performance.

Finally, she's here! :D Really an amazing, young, beautiful British singer. J'aime! <3

Some rappers that substitute my beloved G Dragon and T.O.P ! I'm dissapointed though, there's just no feelings, they just rapped it, the energy, the presence wasn't there );

3 CRAZY CATS were called out because of their birthday. Wow, lucky them. 

The concert lasted slightly less than an hour.

Luckily my friend and I were a little early so we get to be in the front part of the crowd, yet we're still not quite there, my pictures says it all. 

Next post on Pixie Lott's autograph session :) having dinner. 

An update - May

 A very powerful performance by Florence Welch! I just love her vocals, they're amazingg :) and i meant every word i say!! And on top of that, this song will be featured in the movie - Snow White and The Huntsman!

Exams for my two other languages is finally over. I'm so over it! hahaha

Now.... exam's in a few more months.


Typical weekends except tomorrow i've got something important going on. Class event! :) Horrible headache again earlier today. O:

Gahhh. I just want to post something here to reassure myself. Currently, i'm raping the play button for the above video - Foxes' Youth. It just made me felt a little bit better.

Youth, it's something that just doesn't last. So we'll just have to treasure all these precious little moments before it's too late.
